It’s almost here!
Greetings dear friends!
We hope all of you are well. Here’s a quick update on our upcoming Thanksgiving Weekend performances:
The performances will be on Thanksgiving Day and on Saturday . Saturday’s performance will be totally and completely in Spanish, with no English translation, a first for our cast. We’ve done the play in English and Spanish, but never in Spanish, so that will be a new experience for our team! We appreciate the love and support as we head into this Cazaq. We here at Cazaq the Eagle Headquarters believes this time we’ll have the a pretty interesting cast 😉 We can’t wait to post the pictures!
So the last time we were together, we talked about the different meanings of Cazaq.
The first meaning meant to be courageous, bold.
Here is the second meaning:
2. (Piel)
to be strong, grow strong
to prevail, prevail upon
to be firm, be caught fast, be secure
to press, be urgent
to grow stout, grow rigid, grow hard (bad sense)
to be severe, be grievous
Examples of this version:
Judges 7:10-11:
10 But if you are afraid to go down, go down to the camp with Purah your servant, 11 and you shall hear what they say; and afterward your hands shall be strengthened to go down against the camp.” Then he went down with Purah his servant to the outpost of the armed men who were in the camp.
Strengthened. This kind of strength is one that is not easily overturned. It’s the strength of champions. A strength that overcomes, that conquers and retains that victory.
Be strengthened this week.
We love you all. Til next time.
Love,
The Cazaq team.
